We organize project information, coordinate engineering feedback and quotation, communicate with established manufacturing partners, follow production progress, and help prepare inspection, packaging, and delivery requirements.
Our Business Model
FPCFAB does not claim to own a PCB factory or production line. Manufacturing and assembly are completed by project-matched partner factories. FPCFAB acts as the customer-facing coordinator for technical communication, sourcing, quotation clarification, production follow-up, and delivery preparation.
What FPCFAB Does
Project Information Coordination
We organize Gerber files, drawings, BOM data, quantities, application details, material requirements, and missing questions before requesting quotation.
Manufacturing-Partner Coordination
Projects are discussed with suitable production partners according to FPC structure, assembly needs, materials, quantity, testing, and delivery requirements.
Engineering Communication
We coordinate DFM questions, stack-up proposals, bend-area concerns, stiffener details, component issues, and document revisions between customers and partner engineers.
Quotation and Order Follow-Up
We help clarify quotation assumptions, selected materials, tooling, quantities, testing, packaging, target schedule, and changes before order confirmation.
Production and Inspection Coordination
We follow production status and coordinate agreed inspection, electrical testing, documentation, packaging, and shipment-preparation requirements.
Documentation Reconstruction
For customer-owned or authorized legacy products, we coordinate Gerber reconstruction, schematic redrawing, BOM organization, and related production-file recovery.

How Production Partners Are Selected
One factory is not suitable for every project. Partner selection is based on the available project information and may consider:
- FPC, rigid-flex, PCBA, or reverse-engineering scope
- Layer structure, materials, copper, and finished thickness
- Bend, stiffener, shielding, impedance, and connector requirements
- Component packages, sourcing model, and assembly process
- Prototype, engineering sample, or production quantity
- Inspection, testing, documentation, and traceability requirements
- Target schedule, packaging, and delivery conditions
- Ability to respond clearly to project-specific engineering questions
Certificates, Capability Data, and Factory Information
When a project requires a specific certification, process capability, inspection report, material brand, or factory document, the requirement should be stated in the RFQ. Any certificate or factory-specific document provided for a project belongs to the actual production partner and must be confirmed for the selected production source before order approval.
FPCFAB does not present a partner factory certificate as its own. Production-source information may be shared according to the project, partner permission, and commercial arrangement.
